Abstract: With the help of analytic data obtained by various means, a thoroughinvestigation was conducted on geochemical characteristics of rocks, ores and minerals related to mineralizations in the ore district. On the basis of the results acquired in the research, this paper makes a convincing comparison and summarization and, using geochemical data, deals tentatively with sources or ore materials, ore-controlling factors and conditions for ore precipitation and enrichment during the formation of the ore deposit. It is indicated that this deposit is genetically a magmatic hydro thermal type Pb-Zn deposit.
