Abstract: This paper expounds the evidence of ground-stress field indicated by regional gravity and magnetic data of Hunan Province, then analyse the properties and direction of stress field, and, what is more, makes a rough investigation of the crustal deformation and its products-the structural style and the distribution of related mineral resources.
